How to load automatic CSVs
Today you will see how to load in batch, all the expenses made by your client on the Simple-C platform. Also, you will see how to verify the loads and eliminate them if necessary.
For this, it is necessary that you previously download the CSV file that the bank supplies, and that contains all the movements that your client's company has made in their bank account for a certain time, preferably for a whole month.
To download this file, you must enter the bank electronically, log in to the account and find the option to download these transactions.
Subsequently, you can load this file, as well as other actions derived from it on the platform.
We will divide the article into two parts:
Part 1. Loading the CSV file on the platform.
Part 2. Verification of charges in the expenses section.
Part 1. Loading the CSV file on the platform.
To load the CSV file that the bank gives you, follow these steps:
Enter the platform with your password and password
2. Once on the dashboard, go to the options bar on the left and click on the “ Banking load ” option
3. Write the name of your client's company, and once it is deployed, select it.
4. Mark the corresponding account. In the case of this example, there is only one registered account for the company Nice Green, but a client can have more than one bank account.

5. A new window will appear explaining how to download the CSV file and the option to load it on the system.
6. You must verify if the CSV file downloaded from the bank “ has or does not have a header ”. The header corresponds to the names of each item at the top of the CSV file. To verify, open the file you downloaded. In the case of the example, it does.
7. Once this information is verified, check the option “ This file has header ” if it has a header, or leave it unchecked otherwise. In this example we will mark it because the file does have it.
8. Click the “ button to choose file ” to locate the file and then press “ Load ” to load it into the system.
9. A new window will appear with the detail of the content of the loaded file. At the top you can see the data in the header.
10. In this part it is very important to verify how the data has been supplied by the bank and see the details.
eleven. Fill in the information requested by the system. In the case of Date, you will locate the dates column, and select the same name that appears in the header for that column.
12. Select the correct date format. It must coincide with that reported by the bank.
13. In “ Description ” you will select the same name that appears in the header, in this case it coincides with “ Description ”
14. At the bottom of the screen, check if the file has 1 or 2 columns for the amounts. In the case of the example it has 2 columns.
fifteen. Indicates the name of each column. In the case of this example, it is a first column for debits and a second column for credits.
16. Click on the green button “ Summit ”
17. The file will appear loaded at the bottom of the screen. Click on it to work it.
18. For each row, complete the record with the missing information, that is, expense category and provider. Press “ save ”.
19. In case you write the name of the provider and it does not appear, you must enter it by writing its name and then clicking on the option “ Create ”.
twenty. Once you have completed all the information, click on the “ Move to expenses ” button to complete the entire load of expenses in the system.
twenty-one. You can also delete the information by clicking on the “ Delete ” button

Part 2. Verification of charges in the expenses section.
The load of all the information goes to the record of the expenses. To verify it, perform these steps:
Go to the options bar on the left and press the “ Simple-C ” option.
2. Select the client, the bank and the year of the records and click on the “ Expenses ” button
3. Mark in the corresponding month, in the case of this example it would be “ August ”
4. And ready, the expenses that were loaded from the Banking load will appear.
With this procedure you will be able to load all your clients' expenses much more easily and in batches month after month.
