Register Bank Accounts

In this article you will see how to register bank accounts on the platform and also how to edit or delete them.

This article will be divided into three parts namely:

  • Part 1. Registration of bank accounts on the platform.

PART 1. Registration of bank accounts on the platform

To register your client's bank account, follow these steps:

  1. Enter the platform https://app.simple-c.net with your password and password.

  1. Once on the dashboard, click on the “ bank ” option located in the options bar on the left.

  1. Click the green button to add the information.

  1. In the drop-down menu, select the name of the client to which the bank account to be entered belongs.

To achieve this, your client must have been previously registered on the platform. To find out how to perform this previous step, check the customer tutorial and then go back to this article to continue the next steps.

5. Write the name you want to give to the bank account, for example Bank of America, enter the account number

  1. Click the “ Save ” button to save the information.

Done, your client's account has already been incorporated into the platform's database.

The same client can have multiple bank accounts. You can incorporate them one by one following the same procedure indicated above.

PART 2. Edition of bank account data.

The platform allows you to edit the entered information, for example, you can replace the bank name that you initially entered or change the account number. You can do it for any registered client.

For this, follow the procedure:

  1. Click on the “ Bank ” option located in the options bar to the left of the dashboard.

  1. Find the corresponding record and click on the “ edit ” option on the right side of the record.

3. Modify what you need. You can change the name of the bank account or the account number.

4. Click the “ Save ” button to save the changes.

PART 3. Deletion of a bank account

You also have the option to delete an account if necessary. For this, follow this procedure:

  1. Click on the “ bank ” option located in the options bar to the left of the dashboard.

  1. Find the corresponding record and click on the “ Delete ” option on the right side of the record.

  1. Confirm that you want to delete the record.

Done, the record has been removed.
