Part 1. Summary overview
To review the account summary of any business client, the procedure is as follows:
1. Enter with your password and password
2. On the dashboard, go to the options bar on the left and click on the Simpol C option.
3. On the form, select your client's company name, bank account, and year of registration. Click the “ Summary ” button.
4. The summary is a table showing information on the income or income and the expenses or expenses that have been reported by the company each month of the year.
5. It consists of 3 sections, namely: The items in the report, the detailed expenses by categories and the non-categorized expenses, all this depending on the months of the year.
6. For the items marked, you must manually load the data for each month. In Part 2 of this article you will see how to do it
7. The information of the settings, income cash and expenses, will appear by default when you enter the summary, and this is because the system loads them once you have made the previous records in the expenses section on the platform.
8. At the end of the table, you will see the total annual sum for each item of the summary
The summary helps to compare how the company is doing month after month and thus be able to give possible recommendations.
Part 2. Manual data entry.
To achieve a summary with complete information, you must manually enter the data corresponding to the items section (zone in yellow) month after month.

2. Enter the amount in the cell.
3. Click on “ save ”
4. Enter the other data that is required.
As you can see, Simple-C is quite simple.
